  3. Very important to follow the preparation guidelines 

    Eat your last light meal no later than 10hrs prior to the Kambo Ceremony 

    ***Nothing to drink or eat 10hrs prior and the morning of the ceremony.

What Includes:

What to Bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable layered and warm clothing, as your body temperature can fluctuate during the ceremonies.
  • *Extra clothes and towel
  • Eye mask
  • Notebook
  • Blanket, pillow, and a towel to be comfortable.
  • Indoor slippers or socks
  • Special items, symbols, crystals etc. are welcomed
